Group of Early Pressed Glass, New England and Other Areas, 19th Century. Comprising a New England 7.875-inch Lacy pressed dish, probably Boston and Sandwich Glass Works, 1835-1850; a 5.75-inch Lacy pressed dish, probably New England, 1835-1850; and a pair of Lacy pressed oval bowls; a pillar-molded syrup or molasses jug with tin lid, probably Pittsburgh area, 1850-1870; a 'Frosted Ribbon' pitcher and two compotes, Bakewell, Pears & Co., Pittsburgh, one raised on a dolphin stem; a 'Shell and Tassel' compote, George Duncan & Sons, Washington, Pennsylvania, 1874-1891; and two pressed motto dishes; and five books pertaining to the Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. and Lacy pressed glass.
