Five Japanese Porcelain Bowls, 20th Century. The first Daishoji Imari, Kutani, painted in the center in underglaze-blue with a plant surrounded by a trellis diaperwork border, the sides with alternating red lappets and mons joined by leafy vinery in enamels and all reserved on a gold ground, spurious Chinese six-character mark in underglaze-blue; and an Imari bowl and three blue and white bowls, variously painted with Buddhist emblems, foliate and geometric designs, one blue and white bowl with square mark in underglaze-blue.
