RUE DE ROME, PARIS," the main fabric jacquard probably with silk back, green velvet and silk satin, additional crinoline fabric, sheer silk organza, silk taffeta, silk satin, hand made silk embroidery floss flowers, machined lace, smocking/ sheering done by hand, including an envelope containing a small swatch of green fabric and eight buttons.
