The steel shell painted in green, tan and brown camouflage, the lot number "CKL71/ 3892," stamped on the inside of the rear skirt, four early painted three-holed spanner-type bolts, retaining the original leather liner with twelve air holes, printed "Karl Heisler/ BERLIN C2/ D.R.G.M.o." and "Kopfweite: GR. 59 (head width)/ Stahlhelm-Gr. 71 (steel helmet)," original leather adjustable Y-chinstraps.
